The Marin Slide-On (Soft Toe) shoe was made for the shop and the garage, with all the safety and performance features you expect from BRUNT. It’s built with BRUNT’s barnyard-resistant FARMGUARD™ leather to repel rain, mud, oil, piss, and sh*t, and features a proprietary slip-, oil- and high-heat-resistant rubber outsole. This limited edition slide-on comes equipped with our signature BRUNT CUSH'N® insole system to keep you comfortable all day.

Matt Marin is one of my first childhood friends and the namesake for one of our bestselling boots. At a young age he joined a carpenter’s union and was quickly promoted to foreman. He really appreciated the moc-toe boot style, but was sick of paying a hefty price each time he needed a new pair, and hated the break-in period that came with it. The Marin Slide-On (Soft Toe) shoe is built from leathers sourced from U.S. steer - the highest quality hides available. At just 1 lb. 7 oz (size 9) with a cemented construction, it delivers premium, durable materials without the extra bulk.

We recommend BRUNT’s Leather Conditioner to help you get the most out of your slide-ons. This proprietary blend of mink oil, beeswax, and natural additives protects and extends the life of your leather. The mink oil replenishes natural oils, while the beeswax seals them in and adds a barrier against scuffs and tough jobsite conditions. For best results, apply with our 100% horsehair brush - built for precise cleaning and conditioning.

BRUNT products are named after the trade workers who help us design and test everything we make. This is our buddy, and Eric’s childhood friend, Matt Marin. Matt is a Superintendent at Century Drywall, and the name behind our bestselling Marin work boot.
