FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Orders generally take 1 business day to process, and then 5-8 business days for delivery. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee. Orders are processed and shipped in the order they’re received. Any order placed after 12 PM EST on Friday will not be processed until Monday. The 1 business day processing time applies to both expedited and economy shipping options.

Because of system limitations, we’re not able to make changes to an order once it’s been placed. The one exception is the shipping address: you can update it yourself within 30 minutes of placing the order. To do so, go to your order confirmation page/email and click “Edit shipping address.” After that 30-minute window closes, the address can no longer be edited—by you or by our team.

You can return or exchange items within 14 days of the delivery date (excluding the BRUNT Box). To start an exchange, click HERE. You'll get a shipping label for your return item. Just print it, attach it to the box, and send it back. It's that simple. For exchanges, once your return is on its way, we'll ship your new gear straight to your door. Please note that expedited shipping is not available for exchanges.
