This workhorse features our waterproof and barnyard-resistant FARMGUARD™ leather to extend the life of your boots and repel rain, mud, oil, piss, and sh*t. Plus, it comes equipped with our innovative exterior toe cap and heel guard to protect high-wear areas from breaking down, a 1" defined heel and deep lugs for better traction and secure footing, a nano composite safety toe that is significantly lighter than steel, as well as a slip-, oil-, and high-heat-resistant outsole.

The BRUNT Toe™ is our patented exterior toe caps and heel guards that protect high-wear areas from breaking down to extend the overall life of the boot.

Because of their reinforced build, welted boots are built to take a beating and they provide a higher degree of stabilization for your foot and ankle which makes navigating uneven footing much easier. And because of the mechanical bond created in the welting process, a Goodyear welt has best-in-class waterproofing, plus a resoleable design that allows you to replace the outsole to extend the overall life of the boot.

When it comes to a welted boot, think uneven terrain and unpredictable conditions. A welted boot is incredibly durable by nature and is best suited for heavy-duty jobs. To name a few specific trades who would benefit from a welted boot: road workers, commercial builders, pipefitting and welding, resource extraction, railroad, linemen, and waste workers.

A Goodyear welted work boot features an additional midsole layer that’s built into the boot to create torsional rigidity for additional stability and durability. This welt is formed by connecting the upper part of a shoe to the midsole of the shoe in a three step process: stapling the upper to the insole, stitching the upper to the insole, and then stitching the upper and the midsole together. This physical entanglement of fibers creates a very strong mechanical bond between the two main parts of the shoe, and provides a very durable build with a high degree of waterproofness. It also allows the outsole of the boot to be replaced—or “resoled”—after extended periods of hard use.

    Brunt logger boots

    Had a pair of Brunt’s before, wanted to try these out because they had more tread. So far so good they are very comfortable out of the box and can walk through anything up hill and down in mud etc. if they last as long as the other pair I’ll be happy.

    Boots are great but the customer service is outstanding!

    These boots are very comfortable and hold up well. The tread could do a better job of shedding material as you walk but, overall, I’m very happy with them. Originally I owned the non-brunt toe DiStasio boots. These boots failed after 7 months, right above the heel cap where the leather heel cap was stitched to a section of the shaft that was of a different material. With the Brunt Toe model, the shaft of the boot is leather all the way around so that seam is now leather-to-leather. When I contacted the company about the failure I experienced, they promptly replaced my boots with the Brunt Toe model. That kind of customer service is what I look for in companies that I buy my workwear from. I will be a repeat customer in the future.

    I have owned these boots for about 6months now and highly recommend!! Very comfortable on my feet and comfortable enough to wear all day!!

    Other then they seem to be a half size to full size to big they are great. My feet just slip around a little too much in them.
