BRUNT Workwear Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: July 11, 2025
Welcome to the BRUNT Workwear Loyalty Program (the "Program"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Program. By enrolling in or participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as BRUNT Workwear's general Website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. Please read these Terms carefully.
1. MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY AND ENROLLMENT
1.1. Eligibility: The Program is open to individuals who are legal residents of the United States, are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, and have a valid BRUNT Workwear account. Membership is void where prohibited by law.
1.2. Enrollment: To enroll in the Program, you must create an account on the BRUNT Workwear website (https://BRUNTworkwear.com/pages/loyalty#rivo) and agree to these Terms. Only one (1) Program account is permitted per individual. BRUNT Workwear reserves the right to refuse membership to any applicant.
2. EARNING POINTS
2.1. Point Accrual: Members can earn points ("Points") through qualifying purchases made on the BRUNT Workwear website and through other activities as may be designated by BRUNT Workwear from time to time. The rate at which Points are earned (e.g., Points per dollar spent) will be specified by BRUNT Workwear and may be subject to change. See WAYS TO EARN on https://bruntworkwear.com/pages/loyalty for current earning actions.
2.2. Qualifying Purchases: Points are generally earned on the net purchase amount of eligible products, excluding taxes, shipping fees, discounts, returns, and gift card purchases. BRUNT Workwear reserves the right to determine which purchases qualify for Points and to modify these criteria at any time.
2.3. Bonus Offers: BRUNT Workwear may offer additional opportunities to earn Points through special promotions, bonus offers, or engagement activities. Such offers will be subject to their own specific terms and conditions.
2.4. Point Value: Points have no cash value, are not transferable, and are a revocable privilege. Points cannot be redeemed for cash or credit, nor can they be transferred to any other person or account.
3. REDEEMING POINTS AND REWARDS
3.1. Redemption Process: Accumulated Points can be redeemed for discounts, exclusive products, or other benefits ("Rewards") as specified by BRUNT Workwear. The redemption process, including available redemption channels (e.g., online checkout), and any minimum or maximum redemption thresholds, will be clearly outlined by BRUNT Workwear. See WAYS TO REDEEM on https://bruntworkwear.com/pages/loyalty. All loyalty rewards can only be redeemed in conjunction with a valid purchase.
3.2. Reward Availability: Rewards are subject to availability and may be changed or discontinued at any time without notice.
3.3. No Cash Value: Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
4. POINT EXPIRATION
4.1. Expiration: Points will expire after one-year if there is no account activity. Qualifying account activity includes earning points via purchase or other earning actions. The specific expiration policy for Points will be communicated by BRUNT Workwear.
5. PROGRAM MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION
5.1. Right to Modify or Terminate: BRUNT Workwear reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, or any aspect thereof, including these Terms, at any time, for any reason, and without liability, even if changes affect the value of Points already accumulated or the ability to redeem them.
5.2. Notice of Changes: BRUNT Workwear will endeavor to provide reasonable notice of any material changes to the Program or these Terms. Such notice may be provided via email, posting on the BRUNT Workwear website, or other means.
5.3. Effect of Termination: Upon termination of the Program, all accumulated Points may be forfeited, except as required by applicable law.
6. ACCOUNT CLOSURE AND FRAUD
6.1. Account Closure by Member: You may close your Program account at any time by contacting BRUNT Workwear customer service. Upon closure, all accumulated Points will be forfeited.
6.2. Account Suspension or Termination by BRUNT Workwear: BRUNT Workwear reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Program account and/or forfeit all accumulated Points if BRUNT Workwear determines, in its sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused the Program, or provided false information. Such actions may result in immediate termination without prior notice or grace period.
7. DATA PRIVACY AND CONSENT
7.1. Collection and Use of Personal Information: Your participation in the Program involves the collection and use of your personal information, including but not limited to your name, email address, purchase history, and demographic information. This data is collected to administer the Program, personalize your experience, and for marketing purposes.
7.2. Privacy Policy: All personal information collected in connection with the Program is subject to BRUNT Workwear's Privacy Policy, available at https://bruntworkwear.com/pages/privacy. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand our data collection, usage, and sharing practices.
7.3. Consent: By enrolling in the Program, you provide your affirmative consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Your consent must be freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous.
7.4. Consumer Rights (e.g., CCPA): BRUNT Workwear respects your data privacy rights. You have the right to access, delete, correct, and opt-out of the sale or sharing of your personal data. Participation in the Program is voluntary, and opting out of data processing, sale, or sharing will not restrict your access to products or services unrelated to the Program. For California residents, if the Program is considered a "financial incentive" for data collection, you will be notified of the material terms of the incentive, and you may revoke your consent at any time.
7.5. Revocation of Consent: You may withdraw your consent to data collection and processing related to the Program at any time by contacting BRUNT Workwear customer service or by using any opt-out mechanisms provided. Withdrawal of consent may result in your inability to participate in the Program or receive certain benefits.
