BRUNT lets you wear your boots on the job risk-free. If you aren’t completely satisfied, we’ll help you return or exchange.
I have sizing issues
While BRUNT boots are built true to size, we understand not everyone has the same feet. Thats why our Adjustable Width System is featured in each of our boots. If your boots are fitting a bit too snug, check out the video. If this doesn't help, no worries. Just make sure you return your boots with the grey insert included
I purchased from an authorized retailer
If you purchased through a retailer, please contact them directly to arrange a return.
How our returns and exchanges work
- Log in to create a return
Create a return by logging into your customer account and select the order you want to return. You will need your email address and order number, which can be found in your confirmation email or package. - Print out the shipping label
After submitting the return request, follow the instructions and print out your shipping label. - Send your package
Attach your shipping label in a box, and send your order back to us. - Get your refund
Refunds can be issued using the original form of payment or store credit. Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
