Engineered with a resoleable Goodyear welt construction for additional support and stability, the USA Marin 6” Welted BRUNT Toe™ Waterproof (Comp Toe) is an ultra-durable boot built for the most demanding jobsites. It features an exterior toe cap and heel guard that are stitched into the boot to protect high-wear areas from breaking down, and comes equipped with a nano composite safety toe and a slip-, oil-, and high-heat-resistant outsole. Plus, it has a proprietary waterproof membrane that keeps your feet dry and our BRUNT FARMGUARD™ leather that extends the life of your boots while repelling rain, mud, oil, piss, and sh*t. We recommend BRUNT’s Leather Conditioner to help you get the most out of your work boots. This proprietary blend of mink oil, beeswax, and natural additives protects and extends the life of your leather. The mink oil replenishes natural oils, while the beeswax seals them in and adds a barrier against scuffs and tough jobsite conditions. For best results, apply with our 100% horsehair brush - built for precise cleaning and conditioning.

The USA Marin Welted is assembled at our factory in San Antonio, Texas, and crafted with waterproof leather sourced from American cattle and globally sourced components from the best in the business.

Because of their reinforced build, welted boots are built to take a beating and they provide a higher degree of stabilization for your foot and ankle which makes navigating uneven footing much easier. And because of the mechanical bond created in the welting process, a Goodyear welt has best-in-class waterproofing, plus a resoleable design that allows you to replace the outsole to extend the overall life of the boot.

When it comes to a welted boot, think uneven terrain and unpredictable conditions. A welted boot is incredibly durable by nature and is best suited for heavy-duty jobs. To name a few specific trades who would benefit from a welted boot: road workers, commercial builders, pipefitting and welding, resource extraction, railroad, linemen, and waste workers.

A Goodyear welted work boot features an additional midsole layer that’s built into the boot to create torsional rigidity for additional stability and durability. This welt is formed by connecting the upper part of a shoe to the midsole of the shoe in a three step process: stapling the upper to the insole, stitching the upper to the insole, and then stitching the upper and the midsole together. This physical entanglement of fibers creates a very strong mechanical bond between the two main parts of the shoe, and provides a very durable build with a high degree of waterproofness. It also allows the outsole of the boot to be replaced—or “resoled”—after extended periods of hard use.

    New boots for work.

    These boots are the most comfortable boots I’ve ever bought. I’ve had plenty of boots in the past but these are by far my favorite. I do welding and fabrication and electrical work and I can’t be happier with them. I dropped a large piece of sheet metal on them and it held strong without cutting into the leather like boots in the past. Highly recommend these boots to anyone that does similar work.

    Best boots in the game!!!

    Been a Redwing guy for a while and I swore by them but man these boots definitely topped them. Will be a repeat customer for life now. Honestly super comfortable and durable with that Brunt toe! Your feet will thank you!

    Comfortable right out the box.

    I've been a Red Wing fan for over 20 years, and I must say, we have finally met a contender. The composite toe with the added toe protection is by far better than tuff toe. The quality, comfort, and detail are what made me give Brunt boots a shot. I may have found my long-term investment as a Service Tech pipe fitter.

    Best boots ever!!

    These are my second pair of the USA Marin boots and I'll be a repeat customer for life. I've recommended to all of my guys and co workers, that these boots are 100% worth the investment, they will outlast any box store boot and last year's USA Marin's are just as comfortable as my new pair, in fact I still wear my original Brunts to work and around the house.
