Engineered with a resoleable Goodyear welt construction for additional support and stability, the USA Marin 6” Welted BRUNT Toe™ Waterproof (Comp Toe) is an ultra-durable boot built for the most demanding jobsites. It features an exterior toe cap and heel guard that are stitched into the boot to protect high-wear areas from breaking down, and comes equipped with a nano composite safety toe and a slip-, oil-, and high-heat-resistant outsole. Plus, it has a proprietary waterproof membrane that keeps your feet dry and our BRUNT FARMGUARD™ leather that extends the life of your boots while repelling rain, mud, oil, piss, and sh*t. This proprietary blend of mink oil, beeswax, and natural additives protects and extends the life of your leather. The mink oil replenishes natural oils, while the beeswax seals them in and adds a barrier against scuffs and tough jobsite conditions. The USA Marin Welted is assembled at our factory in San Antonio, Texas, and crafted with waterproof leather sourced from American cattle and globally sourced components from the best in the business.

Because of their reinforced build, welted boots are built to take a beating and they provide a higher degree of stabilization for your foot and ankle which makes navigating uneven footing much easier. And because of the mechanical bond created in the welting process, a Goodyear welt has best-in-class waterproofing, plus a resoleable design that allows you to replace the outsole to extend the overall life of the boot.

When it comes to a welted boot, think uneven terrain and unpredictable conditions. A welted boot is incredibly durable by nature and is best suited for heavy-duty jobs. To name a few specific trades who would benefit from a welted boot: road workers, commercial builders, pipefitting and welding, resource extraction, railroad, linemen, and waste workers.

A Goodyear welted work boot features an additional midsole layer that’s built into the boot to create torsional rigidity for additional stability and durability. This welt is formed by connecting the upper part of a shoe to the midsole of the shoe in a three step process: stapling the upper to the insole, stitching the upper to the insole, and then stitching the upper and the midsole together. This physical entanglement of fibers creates a very strong mechanical bond between the two main parts of the shoe, and provides a very durable build with a high degree of waterproofness. It also allows the outsole of the boot to be replaced—or “resoled”—after extended periods of hard use.

    Super comfortable

    I got the lined brunt toe and let me tell you, those would be some awesome boots to keep your feet warm in the winter, not only are they good looking but man are they comfortable, unfortunately sent mine back because I was looking for more of a summer boot atm but will be ordering these again come winter. Great boot, great products, great service. That’s the brunt way. Go getchu some!

    Wanted to get sponsored on these boots … ive tried other brand and was wondering if you oild be able to spware a pair since iwas wonderingm just starting My irrigation business and limed theae toe and back guards and also beacause of the water proof

    Ive tried other boot brands and was wondering if you would be able to sponsor and spare me on a pair of these boots with the front and rear guards that are waterproof aince im just starting my own irrigation business .. i would gladly appreciate a pair to keep me on feet dry and comfortable thank you !

    My First Brunts

    My previous work boots were Carolina’s. I had them for 5 years and although mostly comfortable by about 4 years they started to blow out. I did my best to keep up on them but the stitching went. My feet were constantly sweating, the boots leaked and collected dirt. I couldn’t deal with that with upcoming paving season. So I bought a pair of brunt’s. a lot of trucking friends have said great things about them. After putting them through a pretty rough 1st week I’m pretty impressed. Mud, dust, puddles? No problem. no slip grip is great running around a wet low-bed. These are boots I will wear all day, get home and continue to wear them. I flat out won’t take them off until I really have to. I cleaned them off by giving them a quick pressure wash today and I’m really happy to say my feet never got wet.

    Would definitely recommend these boots to anyone in the trucking world. Comfortable for long driving days and for days working on the ground.

    alright listen to me. I am only a truck driver for fedex, but sometimes I do have to kick the **** out of some things. I have replaced the insoles once, the toe part of the gum is peeling. But for being a truck driver they are pretty good. IDK what the lower end boots do when holding up and I want to try those next. I couldnt tell you if spending the extra money on these are worth it but it is almost time for new boots. I drive 1500 a week with these boots on along with touching freight which they have saved my toes a few times being only composite. Would I buy the USA again, idk. I would have to know what the regular marins are like.
