Construction:

Cemented

Which boot construction is right for you?

Not every job has the same demands - and not every boot is built the same way. The Marin boot comes in three constructions. Learn which one is right for you.

Cemented Construction

Cemented Construction

Cemented boots use a high-strength adhesive to bond the sole directly to the upper part of the boot. That means less break-in time, more flexibility, and less weight on your feet. Perfect if you’re on the move all day and need comfort right out of the box.
USA Welted Construction

USA Welted Construction

Our USA Welted boots feature the same durable, resoleable Goodyear welt construction - built right here in the USA using domestic and globally sourced components. If you want an ultra-durable, fully waterproof boot that’s homegrown, this is the one.

Heel:

Wedge

Which boot heel is right for you?

Different jobs need different soles. Two common types are the wedge sole and the 90° heel, each designed for different work environments. Which is right for you?

Wedge

Wedge

Wedge sole boots have a flat bottom with a more shallow tread pattern that delivers even weight distribution and all-day comfort on hard, flat surfaces like concrete and shop floors - making them a favorite among factory workers, ironworkers, and carpenters. The lack of a defined heel also means they are less likely to track mud and debris.
90 Degree

90 Degree

Boots with a 90° heel, also known as defined or block heels, feature a distinct, sharp angle where the heel meets the sole that catches ladder rungs and grips uneven ground. The aggressive tread patterns often paired with 90° heels offer superior traction in mud, gravel, and on slippery surfaces, making them best for construction workers, loggers, and linesmen.

Our guy Lee Ohman is a union electrician by day and a self-taught woodworker by night. Between the variety of jobsites he sees as an electrician and the long hours he spends in the woodshop at his house, Lee needed a versatile boot to meet whatever the day throws at him. We designed his namesake boot to be an ace for shop workers, with comfort and durability built into every inch of the design. - Eric Girouard, Founder & CEO

    I love them.

Great fit. I have a very high instep, this was my worry as it is with all footwear especially boots. But wow, these fit great there easy for me to put on and that's coming from a guy that's had four back surgeries and full of titanium rods and screws. These are a great product and a big shout out to C&C Equipment for turning towards these great boots, thanks Clint.
