Cemented boots use a high-strength adhesive to bond the sole directly to the upper part of the boot. That means less break-in time, more flexibility, and less weight on your feet. Perfect if you’re on the move all day and need comfort right out of the box.
Welted Construction

Welted Construction

Welted boots use a durable, resoleable Goodyear welt construction - a method where the upper is stitched to the sole with a tough leather welt. That stitch creates a stable, hard-wearing bond that holds up on the most demanding jobsites. These boots are fully waterproof and ultra-durable, built with an extra midsole layer for added support, and made to go the distance - shift after shift.

Wedge sole boots have a flat bottom with a more shallow tread pattern that delivers even weight distribution and all-day comfort on hard, flat surfaces like concrete and shop floors - making them a favorite among factory workers, ironworkers, and carpenters. The lack of a defined heel also means they are less likely to track mud and debris.
90 Degree

90 Degree

Boots with a 90° heel, also known as defined or block heels, feature a distinct, sharp angle where the heel meets the sole that catches ladder rungs and grips uneven ground. The aggressive tread patterns often paired with 90° heels offer superior traction in mud, gravel, and on slippery surfaces, making them best for construction workers, loggers, and linesmen.

We recommend BRUNT’s Leather Conditioner to help you get the most out of your work boots. This proprietary blend of mink oil, beeswax, and natural additives protects and extends the life of your leather. The mink oil replenishes natural oils, while the beeswax seals them in and adds a barrier against scuffs and tough jobsite conditions. For best results, apply with our 100% horsehair brush - built for precise cleaning and conditioning.

    RETIRED AT 3034 MILES!

    I have been working at the Menards in Morris IL since November 2024 as a carryout. If you know anything about that job, you know it is an absolute boot-killer. I average around 7 miles a shift, some days working up to 17 miles! walking on rough, abrasive outdoor asphalt/concrete parking lots. From assisting loading customer’s heavy materials to clearing the lot—where I am regularly pushing lines of 10 to 25 shopping carts at a time—these boots went through absolute **** and have seen everything. Digging your feet into rough asphalt to get that much weight moving takes a serious toll on any footwear!

    I was told wedge-sole boots are made for smooth indoor warehouse floors, and outdoor asphalt usually grinds them flat in 6 months. Somehow, despite walking through BRUTAL freezing Illinois winters, slush, road salt, dirt, mud, hot summer blacktop, and the constant strain of heavy carryouts, the cement bonding on my Gen 1 pair never split. Only thing I had to replace was one of the laces! The seams held, and they outlasted the standard industry lifespan by about 6 to 10 times over.

    I replaced these boots with the NEWEST generation of the exact same Marin boot. Right out of the box, you can tell BRUNT upgraded the flaws of the Gen 1. The fit is perfectly true-to-size now and so much more comfortable. The new rubber outsole grips the pavement way better when you have to push a long line of carts, the leather feels tougher against the elements. If you are on your feet all day doing…

    I’m a Union carpenter in Cambridge Massachusetts and I’ve been in construction my whole life. I’ve walked on gravel, sand and stone to finish high end floors. When I tell you these are those most comfortable boots I’ve ever worn that means something, with the price that comes with it you absolutely cannot beat it. I promise I will never wear another pair of boots again that aren’t named “Brunt” trust me fellow blue collar workers you won’t regret it !!!

    Owned every brand of Moc Toe/Wedge Sole, BRUNTS beat em all!!

    Ive owned every brand of moc toe/wedge sole boots on the market, been wearing moc toes since 2014 before they were the trend! Ive had all the name brands and sadley not one have held up for more than 6 months at work! I work and ride in them. Either the outsole is slick , the insole has holes, or the leather upper splits in just a few moths. Ill say that one huge brand TG, I swore by but only for riding. I finally ponied up and spent $270 for a dedicated work pair of the TG and the absolutely failed horribly! In 3 months the outsole was slick and the toebox split, not to mention out of the box the left tounge was stitched in crooked! These BRUNTS, completely different story! Out the box they felt like i had been wearing them for a few months, feel like im walking on a cloud! Definitely my go to work and riding boot now! The only con I see is i wish they would do a one piece leather tounge and drop that thick two piece one as it did take about a week for it to break in. Not a deal breaker but a one piece tounge would make for an absolute perfect all around boot!! Wore them demoing and installing a metal roof and they grip like a tennis shoe but supported my ankles!!
