Cemented boots use a high-strength adhesive to bond the sole directly to the upper part of the boot. That means less break-in time, more flexibility, and less weight on your feet. Perfect if you’re on the move all day and need comfort right out of the box.

Welted Construction

Welted boots use a durable, resoleable Goodyear welt construction - a method where the upper is stitched to the sole with a tough leather welt. That stitch creates a stable, hard-wearing bond that holds up on the most demanding jobsites. These boots are fully waterproof and ultra-durable, built with an extra midsole layer for added support, and made to go the distance - shift after shift.

Different jobs need different soles. Two common types are the wedge sole and the 90° heel, each designed for different work environments. Which is right for you?

Wedge sole boots have a flat bottom with a more shallow tread pattern that delivers even weight distribution and all-day comfort on hard, flat surfaces like concrete and shop floors - making them a favorite among factory workers, ironworkers, and carpenters. The lack of a defined heel also means they are less likely to track mud and debris.
90 Degree

90 Degree

Boots with a 90° heel, also known as defined or block heels, feature a distinct, sharp angle where the heel meets the sole that catches ladder rungs and grips uneven ground. The aggressive tread patterns often paired with 90° heels offer superior traction in mud, gravel, and on slippery surfaces, making them best for construction workers, loggers, and linesmen.

The Marin 8” Waterproof (Soft Toe) boot is built from leathers sourced from U.S. steer - the highest quality hides available. At 2 lb. 1 oz (size 9) with a cemented construction, it delivers premium, durable materials without the extra bulk.

We recommend BRUNT’s Leather Conditioner to help you get the most out of your work boots. This proprietary blend of mink oil, beeswax, and natural additives protects and extends the life of your leather. The mink oil replenishes natural oils, while the beeswax seals them in and adds a barrier against scuffs and tough jobsite conditions. For best results, apply with our 100% horsehair brush - built for precise cleaning and conditioning.

    Most comfortable boots!

    Been wearing them for over 2 years ,bought my dad who was a Georgia boots guy for over a century a pair or Brunts, safe to say we are a Brunt family now 💪🏻

    Everything is holding up so far nothing has come ***** as of yet I wasn't expecting a new pair I was see us the ones I just bought could have been fixed

    My oldest son loves them

    My oldest son owns a roofing and construction company. He is not on roofs all the time but loved a pair of Danner boots I passed down to him years ago. They finally are about worn out. They were fantastic boots but I had heard they quality was not what it used to be. I settled on the Marin because of all of the positive discussions among a group of hunting buddies that had Danner's at some point and had moved to the Brunt boots. Short ending here but my son loves the boots and says out of the box by far the most comfortable work and hunting boots he has ever had. Guess his dad is going to have to spring for a pair for himself.

    Great boot

    Bought the marin 8 inch soft toe boot. Very comfortable, just have to break them in. Very happy with the quality of the boot. A satisfied customer.
