Welted Construction

Welted boots use a durable, resoleable Goodyear welt construction - a method where the upper is stitched to the sole with a tough leather welt. That stitch creates a stable, hard-wearing bond that holds up on the most demanding jobsites. Wedge sole boots have a flat bottom with a more shallow tread pattern that delivers even weight distribution and all-day comfort on hard, flat surfaces like concrete and shop floors - making them a favorite among factory workers, ironworkers, and carpenters. The lack of a defined heel also means they are less likely to track mud and debris.
90 Degree

90 Degree

Boots with a 90° heel, also known as defined or block heels, feature a distinct, sharp angle where the heel meets the sole that catches ladder rungs and grips uneven ground. The aggressive tread patterns often paired with 90° heels offer superior traction in mud, gravel, and on slippery surfaces, making them best for construction workers, loggers, and linesmen.

We recommend BRUNT’s Leather Conditioner to help you get the most out of your work boots. This proprietary blend of mink oil, beeswax, and natural additives protects and extends the life of your leather. The mink oil replenishes natural oils, while the beeswax seals them in and adds a barrier against scuffs and tough jobsite conditions. For best results, apply with our 100% horsehair brush - built for precise cleaning and conditioning.

    THEE BEST boot for quadruple quarter pounder guy (400lbs+)

    As a 400 pounder in construction this boot is by far the best thing I’ve put in my feet in easily 5years. I’m absolute h*ll on a pair on boots. I was loyal to Ariat and tried several styles. I admit I was skeptic of how quickly Brunt flooded my TikTok fyp, but I took a chance on the Marin Wedge and they truly did fit like a dream fresh out the box. They have withstood some of the harshest conditions and chemicals.

    I’m lucky if I get 8 months from a pair of boots but I’ve gotten just under 18 months from these and could probably get another 6 but I’ll retire them to grass cutting boots. Besides I’m excited to wear these new freshly oiled beauties!

    I’d rate the 8in Marin a 9.5/10. Only because the laces could be more durable. I had to replace them.
