One email to customer service and they responded within the day and wanted to replace my laces! Great service, hope fully the new ones will last longer. I purchased these laces to replace the laces on 8” Marin’s due to the Marin lace being sold out. The original laces held up to heavy use for over a year. However the new laces lasted less than 3 months with semi regular use before fraying and breaking.
