6th Generation Boatbuilder in need of quality footwear in the shop.
Im a 6th generation boatbuilder and the strains of my work really destroys the footwear I have worn in the past. With that said I was looking for a boots/shoes that were comfortable and help to keep good posture throughout the day and could stand up to the rigorous demand of my work and lifestyle. Since buying these Brunt Ryng shoes the have barely left my feet except for sleep and to dry out when I walked in water a few times(I know they are not water proof, and needed to get the job done). I only have 3 issues which don't amount to squat in the overall scheme of things. 1) The laces started slipping at 6 months(I didn't change them so as to properly test the shoes) 2) The insoles could have been a higher quality they started to breakdown at 5 months. 3) The back of the heel started to come ***** at 4 months. Those are my only gripes, I will be buying Brunt footwear for my next pair of work shoes/boots and I highly recommend them.
