They are unlined and that’s how I like my boots. They ultimately form to my foot perfectly! I broke the bridge of my right foot years ago and of course it was an untreated foot injury. So that foot is almost a 1/2” wider than the left foot and that means that foot is also longer. These Marin’s are just the ticket. The boots feel perfect as soon as I put them on, no break in time at all. All day and never a swollen, bent or crease on my feet. The mock toe is really nice too. It just makes the boot conform to the natural shape of the foot.
Never could wear sneakers, just never fit well.

So in women’s shoes I wear an 8 but because of the foot injury
I now have to wear a 8 1/2 or 9 depending on the maker.
I own these in a men’s 7 and have ample room.
Brunt is great about returns.
( OH! Husband has become extremely jealous and I just ordered him 2 pairs lol)
