Official Rules – BRUNT Giveaways

  • A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
  • VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

 

1. Sponsor

 

The giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Maverick Work Wear, Inc. d/b/a Brunt Workwear, 668 Main Street, Suite 8, Wilmington, Massachusetts 01887 (“Sponsor”).

 

2. Eligibility

 

Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

 

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or household members of each are not eligible to enter or win.

 

Void where prohibited by law.  

 

3. Promotion Period

 

The Promotion begins and ends as specified on the @bruntworkwear Instagram page (“Promotion Period”).

 

Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

 

4. How to Enter

 

a. Instagram

 

Follow @bruntworkwear on Instagram. Tag at least one friend in the comments on one of Sponsor’s Promotion posts.

 

5. Prizes

 

One prize will be awarded to the winner during the Promotion.

 

Prize Restrictions:

  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash.
  • If the listed prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
  • Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs associated with acceptance or use of the prizes.

 

6. Winner Selection and Notification

 

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

 

The winner will be selected within ten (10) business days following the end of the Promotion Period. The drawing will take place under the supervision of Sponsor.

 

The potential winner will be notified by direct message, email, and/or phone within fourteen (14) days after the drawing.

 

If any of the winners cannot be contacted, fail to respond within seven (7) days, or are found ineligible, their prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

 

7. Odds of Winning

 

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

 

8. Publicity Release

 

Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes entrant’s consent for Sponsor to use entrant’s name, likeness, city and state of residence, and entry for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

 

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in this Promotion or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

 

10.  General Conditions

 

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor’s decisions are final in all matters related to this Promotion.

12.  Governing Law

 

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles.
