    High arches

    If you have high arches, these are much needed in their boots (or at least in the ones I bought). Boots are great, just made for flat feet. But these high arch insoles did the trick.

    Needed Arch support

    I've been using them now for almost 2 weeks, without them I would have had to get rid of the boots, they were killing my knees and lower back, so far my pain has gone away after changing the insoles.
