This proprietary blend of mink oil, beeswax, and natural additives protects and extends the life of your leather. The mink oil replenishes natural oils, while the beeswax seals them in and adds a barrier against scuffs and tough jobsite conditions. For best results, apply with our 100% horsehair brush - built for precise cleaning and conditioning.

Because of their reinforced build, welted boots are built to take a beating and they provide a higher degree of stabilization for your foot and ankle which makes navigating uneven footing much easier. And because of the mechanical bond created in the welting process, a Goodyear welt has best-in-class waterproofing, plus a resoleable design that allows you to replace the outsole to extend the overall life of the boot.

When it comes to a welted boot, think uneven terrain and unpredictable conditions. A welted boot is incredibly durable by nature and is best suited for heavy-duty jobs. To name a few specific trades who would benefit from a welted boot: road workers, commercial builders, pipefitting and welding, resource extraction, railroad, linemen, and waste workers.

A Goodyear welted work boot features an additional midsole layer that’s built into the boot to create torsional rigidity for additional stability and durability. This welt is formed by connecting the upper part of a shoe to the midsole of the shoe in a three step process: stapling the upper to the insole, stitching the upper to the insole, and then stitching the upper and the midsole together. This physical entanglement of fibers creates a very strong mechanical bond between the two main parts of the shoe, and provides a very durable build with a high degree of waterproofness. It also allows the outsole of the boot to be replaced—or “resoled”—after extended periods of hard use.

    Best boots

    This is my second pair of Brunt boots, and I’m just as impressed as I was with the first. They’re comfortable from day one, tough enough for daily work, and still look good. My first pair lasted and performed so well that buying another pair was an easy decision. Great quality, great value — Brunt has earned a loyal customer.

    Great boots and even better customer service

    I have owned many boats throughout the military and owning a yard care business. I bought the Marin Welted Waterproof boots for yard work. They kept wearing a raw spot on my ankle. Thinking I just needed to wear them in and still liking how comfortable they were, I purchased a pair of Wheat Marin Waterproof about a month after the first pair. Those fit and wore perfect from the start. This made me look further into what might be causing the issue and it looked like the material on one side of the tongue (on the inside) looked like it was cut to a point. Different from the new pair I just received. I contacted customer support and within an hour I got a response. They worked with me on the issue without hesitation and had everything resolved within a day or two. This was also 2-3 before Christmas and still were able to get everything completed. Most would give four stars due to having an issue at all, I would not. They 100 percent deserve a 5 STAR review because not everything is perfect and they found a way to rectify the situation. Will definitely be staying with the Brunt company for years to come.

    Best boots

    I got these boots back in March 2025. I work around chemicals and in and out all weather I'm 43 worked lots of different kinds of work. And so for these are the best and most comfortable lasting boots I've ever had and hold up. By now I would had to buy another pair love them

    Best and most comfortable boot ever!!

    These are absolutely the most comfortable boots i ever owned!!! ive owned lot well named brand boots out there and they did not last. Had co-worker that owned these and told me to try them out. I will say, i feel like im walking on water. I am diesel mechanic and im lucky get boots last 6 monthes. These ive owned for 4 monthes and they still feel same right out of the box which is bizarre due to amount hours i do. Lot of negative comments hitting on brunt out there and i will say this, you wont know until you try them. And my mind is blown away of how comfortable and rugged they are! I am using Marin welted comp toe, others might feel different. But im sure if these are great others will be, this is my honest opinion...
