I purchase these boots & didn't used them like for almost 2 months once i started to use them i noticed 1 boot stretched a bit more than the other by then the boots wer like 3 month old i wasn't sure if i could exchange them so i gave a 3 star review & they contacted me i explained them my issue & they didn't hesitate to exchange them they wer so helpful & understanding they still exchange my boots for a new pair without any hesitation i really appreciate their help brunt boots are totally worth every single penny
