I recently purchased a pair of brunt boots. They came broke them in in a day. They are extremely comfortable boots. About 3 months go by and I was lacing them up. One of the eye loos pulled away from the leather. I reached out to brunt to see where I could take them in to get them fixed. I got an email back that said please confirm your email address. I thought to myself may be They think im messing around. No they were confirming my email and then they sent out a replacement. With a mot that said our craftsmanship is better then that and your new boots are on they way. I didnt mot expect them to do that. Just simply direct me to where I should mail them in to get repaired. Because of this i will always but my boots from Brunt!! Thank you guys for standing behind your product!!
