Absolutely love these boots, and your customer service is out of this world amazing, my only suggestion would be that when your sending boots through the mail, maybe throw the box in a bag1 to protect from elements and 2 so people don’t see this new incredible box of boots sitting on my porch and try to be a porch pirate, but aging the boots are amazing and so is the company, 10 stars all day
