So I purchased my first pair of 8” Marins with BRUNT TOE Spring 2025. After they broke in, I wore them all day long every day. Weather trimming cow hooves all day long or doing chores and making hay at home. They were on my feet every day! By summer time noticed a defect in the BRUNT TOE. It didn’t affect performance, so carry on. At around the 6-month mark, I noticed a sole separation in the inside edge of both heels. I replied to one of BRUNT’s marketing text messages and told them what I’m seeing. They responded immediately asking for some pictures of the defects and my sales receipt. They immediately responded again stating that was too soon for that to happen and that’s not what they desired in their products. They immediately sent me a new pair. The new pair was received two weeks late! I can’t say enough how great their customer service is!!!
