Since graduating high school, our buddy Henry Coady has been working as a hardscaper and a landscaper here in Massachusetts—two jobs that are almost exclusively outside year-round. We knew he never hit a jobsite without a hoodie in the colder months, so we asked him one simple question: “If you could build any ideal work hoodie, what would it look like?” Between pointing out the need for water-repellent fabrics and abrasion-resistant high-wear areas, Henry had some seriously good ideas.
