As our bestselling boot of all time, the Marin features waterproof and barnyard-resistant FARMGUARD™ leather sourced from U.S. steer to keep your feet dry, and defend your boots from the damaging effects of oleic acid, urea, sodium chloride and ammonium hydroxide. With next-level protection engineered into every inch of the boot, the Marin comes fully equipped with an innovative slip-, oil-, and heat-resistant rubber outsole. It’s an innovative approach to the classic moc-toe wedge style that over delivers on comfort every time you lace them up.

Matt Marin is one of my first childhood friends and the namesake for one of our bestselling boots. At a young age he joined a carpenter’s union and was quickly promoted to foreman. The Marin 6” Waterproof (Soft Toe) boot is built from leathers sourced from U.S. steer - the highest quality hides available. At just 1 lb. 14 oz (size 9) with a cemented construction, it delivers premium, durable materials without the extra bulk.

We recommend BRUNT’s Leather Conditioner to help you get the most out of your work boots. This proprietary blend of mink oil, beeswax, and natural additives protects and extends the life of your leather. The mink oil replenishes natural oils, while the beeswax seals them in and adds a barrier against scuffs and tough jobsite conditions. For best results, apply with our 100% horsehair brush - built for precise cleaning and conditioning.

BRUNT products are named after the trade workers who help us design and test everything we make. This is our buddy, and Eric’s childhood friend, Matt Marin. Matt is a Superintendent at Century Drywall, and the name behind our bestselling Marin work boot.
